Moleculus Referral Program Terms

A US resident, verified member of moleculus.network over the age of 18 at the time of participation is eligible to refer a friend(s) to participate in the Referral Promotion. To confirm whether you are a verified member of moleculus.network, please check your account status from the moleculus.network homepage or the Moleculus mobile app. To join moleculus.network as a member or to become a verified member, please go to moleculus.network or follow the prompts in the Moleculus mobile app.

For any person referred by an Eligible Referrer to be eligible to participate in the Referral Promotion, he/she must:

1. be over the age of 18;

2. be a NEW Moleculus customer;

3. NOT be registered with moleculus.network or mobile apps prior to referral; and

4. be a resident of at least one of the following countries/regions: US (excluding the state of New York), Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Haiti & Puerto Rico.

To be deemed a Qualified Wallet Referral, all of the following conditions must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the Eligible Referral opening an account with Moleculus:

1. The Eligible Referrer must invite his/her friend(s) to join Moleculus by sending him/her the Eligible Referrer’s personal referral link.

2. The Eligible Referrer’s friend(s) must join Moleculus by opening an account with Moleculus by clicking on the Eligible Referrer’s personal referral link. For avoidance of doubt, if the Eligible Referrer’s friend(s) joins Moleculus by any other method, including by visiting the Moleculus site or Moleculus app directly, then such referral shall not be deemed a Qualified Referral.

3. The Eligible Referral must become a verified Moleculus member. To become a verified member, the Eligible Referral must complete Moleculus’s standard “Know Your Customer” background check.

4. The Eligible Referral must fund his/her Moleculus account with at least US$250.00 via bank transfer or Debit/Credit card (or equivalent in fiat or crypto currency at exchange rates provided by Moleculus) during the Referral Program Period (set forth below).

5. The Eligible Referral must transact at least US$250.00 (or equivalent in fiat or crypto currency at exchange rates provided by Moleculus) in his/her account during the Referral Promotion Period.

The Referral Promotion is active from May 9, 2022, 12:00 am EST to May 31, 2022, 11:59 pm EST, subject to Moleculus the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice and in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Moleculus reserves the right to shorten, extend or modify the Referral Promotion Period any time in its sole discretion and without notice. Qualified Referrals who first funded their account during the Referral Promotion Period will be eligible for the reward set forth above.

Moleculus is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any reward. Use of the Moleculus service, a requirement for participation in the Referral Promotion and claiming of payment, is subject to all relevant fees associated with the funding, transfer, exchange or removal of funds or value from accounts pursuant to Moleculus’s standard charges, available at https://moleculus.network/en/pricing. The Referral Promotion and use of the Moleculus service are subject at all times to the Moleculus Membership Agreement, available at https://moleculus.network/en/legal/membership-agreement. Violation of the Membership Agreement will constitute a violation of these terms and conditions and result in the disqualification of the user from the Referral Promotion. Rewards are not exchangeable or transferable other than via the Moleculus service. Eligible Referrers are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes if any, that may result from claiming a reward in the Referral Promotion. Decisions of Moleculus are in its sole discretion and final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to the Referral Promotion. Moleculus memberships are limited to one per person, regardless of the email account or contact information. Any attempt to create multiple memberships or accounts for the same user (either by closing and re-opening accounts or by using different contact information) or other deceptive or fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification of the user from the Referral Promotion. Moleculus reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion and without notice, subject to applicable law, to withdraw the Referral Promotion, modify the reward, and/or modify, amend, or supplement these rules.

Any personally identifiable information collected during an individual’s participation in the Referral Promotion and registration process with Moleculus will be collected and used by Moleculus and their agents for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Referral Promotion as described in these terms and conditions and for the operation of the Moleculus service and will be subject to Moleculus’s Privacy Policy available at https://moleculus.network/en/legal/privacy-policy.

Moleculus, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Referral Promotion, human processing or otherwise, or any combination thereof; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Moleculus that may cause the Referral Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the rewards, or acceptance, possession, or use of the rewards, or from participation in the Referral Promotion; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Referral Promotion. Moleculus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Referral Promotion at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Referral Promotion. Moleculus also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the participation process, the operation of Moleculus’s site or app, or who is otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. Any attempt to damage the Moleculus site or app or undermine the legitimate operation of the Referral Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Moleculus reserves the right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowable by law.
